Here’s how to throw a killer Kenyan event that will be the talk of the town:
Start with a Theme: Kenya has endless inspiration! From cultural vibes to modern elegance, pick a theme that speaks to the occasion and your crowd. Trust me, no one ever forgets a well-executed theme (but please, not another "shades of blue" party!).
Pick Vendors Wisely: A good DJ can make or break the vibe. Same goes for the caterer—no one wants cold nyama choma! Check reviews, ask for recommendations, and of course, browse through platforms like Browncord to find event service pros.
Have a Plan B: Weather in Kenya can switch up faster than your uncle at a dance-off. If your event’s outdoors, have a backup plan for rain. Nobody wants soggy samosas!
Keep It Sustainable: Events generate a ton of waste, but a little eco-love goes a long way. Opt for biodegradable plates, reusable decor, and plant a tree to offset the carbon footprint. Browncord helps you with that too—because why not celebrate and save the planet?
Make It Personal: Whether it’s a wedding or a dowry event, the little touches—like personalized gifts or locally-sourced goodies—make a lasting impression. And don't forget the epic hashtag (#EventGoals) for some social media love!
Finally, Don’t Stress: Let your service providers handle the heavy lifting, so you can focus on enjoying the day. After all, it's your event—why not have some fun too?
+1
