1. Registration and Account

1.1 Eligibility: To register as a service provider on the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Service Provider Responsibilities

2.1 Service Quality: As a registered service provider, you agree to provide high-quality services to customers who engage your services through the Platform. You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of the services you offer.

2.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in providing your services. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications required by law.

2.3 Professional Conduct: You will conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner when interacting with customers, other service providers, and the Platform. Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading behavior will result in immediate termination of your account.

2.4 Communication: You will promptly respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and other communications through the Platform. Timely and effective communication is essential to maintaining a positive user experience.

2.5 Pricing and Payments: You have the sole responsibility for determining the pricing for your services. The Platform may facilitate payment processing between you and customers, subject to applicable fees and terms. You agree to comply with the payment policies and guidelines provided by the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in the content and materials you provide on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

3.2 Prohibited Content: You must not submit or upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, violates any laws or regulations, or is otherwise offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Service Provider: You may terminate your registration on the Platform at any time by providing written notice to the Platform.

4.2 Termination by the Platform: The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Platform provides a marketplace for connecting service providers with customers. The Platform does not endorse or guarantee the services provided by service providers, and any transactions or interactions that occur are solely between the service provider and the customer.

5.2 The Platform does not assume any liability for the actions, conduct, or performance of service providers. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

The Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or modifications.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
