How providers are vetted
Vendors upload their business registration certificate and tax certificate, and the Browncord Kenya team approves them or rejects them with written feedback. The green tick means the team has marked a vendor as Verified, and vendors who have accepted our escrow payment terms show an Escrow Ready label. Read the full process on how vendor vetting works.
How quotes work
Choose a category and send one request, and it goes to the providers in that category. You can also ask a specific vendor directly. Providers reply with a quote that lists line items, prices and terms. You can accept or decline a quote, and a quote that has expired can no longer be accepted.
How booking works
Accepting a quote confirms the booking. You then pay a deposit, and the remaining balance is held in escrow until the event is completed.
